FAQ

  • Do you have to be a Color Consultant to take this course.

Not necessarily, a love of Color and Style is the only real pre-requisite but it is the perfect foundation for anyone wishing to build a Color Consultancy business or enhance their existing client work with a thorough understanding of this method.

  • Are the live sessions recorded?

Yes but this is purely for your later reference and to participate in the course you will need to be available for each live session which will run weekly Tuesdays 10am PST.

  • Will I be qualified to do Seasonal Color Analysis at the end of this course?

This is a foundational course and depending on your starting point you may find that you will want additional training before you launch your business. For others this will provide the confidence that they have been missing to take their work to the next level.

  • Is a Color Tool included with this course?

You will have all the information you need to decide on the Color Tool that will be best for you and your business, with the ability to create your own but there will be no packaged tool included as a part of this course. For those wishing to develop their own Fabric Color Lab, we do have an extensive range of swatches for sale.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before starting the course and how much homework between live sessions will there be?

Before starting the course you will need to stock up on a few essential supplies (a materials list will be provided) but there is no pre work. Homework will be set each week and at three levels. You will easily be able to dig in with an hour or less per day between live sessions. You will be able to dig deep if you choose and have additional time and for those really keen to dig deeper there will be individual study suggestions at the end of the course for you to continue your learning journey as you wish.
